Spent 7 years in Gainesville for school so no stranger to the area. Gerald’s place is a great stay for a weekend getaway in Gainesville. Quaint neighborhood close to all the hotspots. Flexible with pets and large fenced in yard available. Would come back!

The place was beautifully decorated, clean and equipped with everything we needed. Gerald was the perfect host! Provided helpful information before check in and quick to respond with any question we had. Great resource welcome book in the apartment. Very convenient location. We had a wonderful stay at this Gainesville Airbnb. The space was spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail throughout. It was very comfortable and thoughtfully well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay easy and relaxing. The home felt welcoming and well cared for. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting the area.

This is our second stay at Gerald’s place. As with the first time, we enjoyed staying in this quiet and comfortable spot. The beds are comfy (all three), the furnishings are exactly what is needed and well put together in the space. The yard is natural and lovely as well and a nice place to sit and read while one’s slow-in-the-morning family gets ready (mine!). There were four of us, and there was plenty of space for all of us for sleeping and hanging out without feeling crowded. Gerald is kind and helpful and quick to respond. He seems like a lovely person and is a great host. Highly recommended!

This was our second visit to Gerald's home; first downstairs and this time the apartment upstairs. Gerald keeps his rentals very clean and well stocked. The location is great; only 2 miles to campus. The fenced in yard is perfect for our pups. We will definitely be back.

Gerald appreciates the beauty of an old home and it shows. This is a very pleasant and welcoming apartment. The beds are very comfortable, there are amenities like coffee and if you need anything the host is just a message away. The downstairs neighbors were super quiet too, and we loved the dog friendly fenced in yard as well.

Gerald’s AirBnB is a gem indeed. It’s in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood within minutes of UF Gainesville (Go Gators) and downtown. For a 90 plus year old it sure is in great shape. If you have dogs, book this place bc the yard is big enough to keep them busy. I recommend it.

Very comfortable and clean. Location is super for accessing UF campus just a short drive away . Big open kitchen.
Gerald was on top of his game… proactive and with prompt follow through… we will be back again
